Mark Langello is one of the co-founders of M&M Development, with responsibilities that include designing projects under construction, permitting, project coordination, sales and budgeting. Originally from New London, Connecticut, Mark is a twin brother to Joe Langello, who also works for the company.  Mark holds a BFA degree from Syracuse University in New York State and the University of Southern California.  He has also obtained an AS Degree from Daytona Beach College and Valencia Community College. 

Having started in the early 1980’s as an architectural designer in Florida, Mark has an extensive background in construction and design through his work in custom homes and commercial buildings, in collaboration with several architects and engineers.  To further his understanding of the developer & building trade, Mark has also worked in all facets of construction including heavy equipment operation, carpentry, roofing, drywall, flooring, along with the mechanical trades; electrical and plumbing.  Mark has worked on high-rise hotel projects in New Orleans and has also restored and renovated historical homes and commercial structures in both Connecticut and Virginia. In the mid 80’s, he returned to Florida where he opened Mark Anthony Homes, which began his career as a developer selling homes, lots, and various land improvements. 

In a parallel career path, Mark is also an artist, having done murals, sculptures, and illustrations.  He is an accomplished professional photographer with over 200 national magazine covers to his credit. His corporate clients include Ford Motor Company, RJ Reynolds Tobacco, Yamaha, Gibson Guitars, among many others.  He continues to pursue photography as a NFL photographer during the pro football season.
